Maverick Mace Workout – Drop Sets

The “Adjustable Maverick Mace Workout – Drop Sets” is a full body workout exercise utilizing the Maverick mace.

Designed for people of all fitness levels, the workout incorporates adjustable resistance through the use of bamboo or Olympic-style weight plates.

The workout consists of four rounds, each lasting four minutes. Within each round, there are four sets. Each set lasts for 50 seconds with a 10-second rest between sets. After completing all four sets in a round, proceed to the next round. The entire workout should take 22 minutes to finish.

Round 1 = 4-mins (perform 4 sets)

Round 2 = 4-mins (perform 4 sets)
Sumo squat flag press

Round 3 = 4-mins (perform 4 sets)
Steel Mace 360, Squat, Switch & Rotational Uppercut
50 seconds work 10 seconds rest

Round 4 = 4-mins (perform 4 sets)
Alternating swing reverse lunge uppercut
50 seconds work 10 seconds rest
